Impact recruits M/F Project Manager

Your Mission:

Guarantee a qualitative and optimized operational management of the entrusted files.

This mission notably involves:

• Operational monitoring of the case
• Organization of sales promotion campaigns in compliance with Quality Impact Process
• Creation of training materials (Type book, telephone briefing, etc.)
• Creation and monitoring of campaigns in the ISM ERP
• Logistics monitoring: Stock alert, inventory management, etc.
• Team management according to campaigns if necessary and at the request of your superior
• Recruitment and assignment of animators in accordance with the profile defined if necessary or to help on peaks of activity.
• Respect for the proper monitoring of the company’s indicators
• The establishment of a lasting partnership with the client
• Ensure good customer relations from taking briefs to the balance sheet of operations
• Adapt and anticipate the level of customer demand
• Validation and monitoring of campaign programming
• Liaise with sales representatives if requested
• Ensure the link on reporting with the IFMG field structure (audit feedback, mystery shoppers, etc.)
• Validation of value-added reporting tools for the client
• Monitoring campaign performance and proposing areas for improvement
• Realization of qualitative activity summaries according to the agreed frequency
• Financial management
• Preparation of items related to invoicing
• Respect of the gross margin rate validated with your superior.
• Respect and monitoring of financial indicators validated with your manager

Your Profile: Bac + 3 minimum, a first experience in project management and operational marketing is expected.
Remuneration:

• Fixed + variable according to profile
• Access to the RIE + 50% of the ticket
• Pro + Mobile computer
• Reimbursement of costs necessary for the accomplishment of your mission.
